ŽELJKO ROB

 Željko arrived in Australia in 1969.

He became interested in beekeeping in 2010. He isselftaught, from books and cumentaries.

He is a member of Australian Beekeeping organization.

In past years he has participated at the Beekeeping Festivals.

Željko has 5 beehives at the family property.

His bees are Slovenian: Carniolan Grey – kranjska sivka.

The bees feed on their property; in the winter as well.

The type of honey varies – harvesting between 60 to 100kg per year.

Produced honey is given to the family and on occasions sold to friends.
